Welcome to Sherrie’s Cake Magic!

Current scheduling:

As of May 1st, the month of May is full. I make it a policy to not overbook. My couples come first. If you are in need of a consult for a future date I can get in a few meetings here and there. Please give me a call.

I established Sherrie’s Cake Magic in 2006 when I left the 23 year career of grocery/retail bakery life.  I love being able to follow my passion and create beautiful and unique wedding cakes while working from home in my fully licensed kitchen. (If you like you can actually see that kitchen on Google 360).  I have been a cake designer for 33 years, married for 25 years and have two wonderful ( IMHO-of course-lol) children that are 18 and 21. Not so much children any more, but it’s been a blessing to be able to work from home since they were young.

Cake info:

All cakes are made to order with notice. I do not keep any blank cakes on hand for daily pick up.

I use an all inclusive pricing guide so you can create a cake that is very personal to you, without worry of all the “up-charges”. See the pricing page for package options and detailed info.

Tastings are held by appointment, up to 4 guest, for no charge. Schedule options are Mon-Thurs day or evening.

I serve all of the Kansas City Missouri and Kansas areas including Overland Park, Grandview, Harrisonville, Peculiar, Belton,Raymore, Lee’s Summit and even Weston mo. if time permits for delivery

Upcoming shows:

If you met me at the last few shows and I have not reached you yet, I apologize for the delay. My Mom has been in the hospital recently. I’m scheduling about 2 weeks out on consults at the moment and I am working hard to get everyone in. Please email me and let me check your date and we can get you scheduled.

 Contact me:

Email is easy: cakemagic@kc.rr.com. If you do not get an auto response then something is not right, try again or give me a call.  I check my email several times a day just to keep up.

You are welcome to call me.. I am mostly available in the mornings after 8:00 a.m……. Really… I am up. If evenings are all you have you can call as late as 8 pm. Sat. mornings generally 9 am-11:00.

One-two weeks notice is the average for most orders. I have a minimum for all orders set at 30 servings.  I mostly do wedding cakes and fill in with others as time allows. I do take last min. orders as I can. It does not hurt to ask so feel free to call. (Last min. for me is by monday the week of)
